• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, for the purposes of security and proper functioning of the Site, and the cookie preferences you have expressed (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes and legal basis for processing

• Performance of a contract: processing your booking request, organizing the chauffeur service and contacting you about it;
• Legitimate interest: responding to your contact messages, keeping the Site secure and improving our services;
• Consent: setting non-essential cookies, where applicable, collected through our cookie consent banner;
• Legal obligation: retaining certain data for accounting or regulatory purposes.

4. Recipients of your data

Your data is processed by authorized Premiummtl Limousine staff and may be shared with the following providers, acting as processors, only to the extent necessary to deliver the service:

• Our web hosting and email (SMTP) providers;
• Google LLC, for address lookup (Google Places) when that feature is enabled, and for displaying our business listing (Google Maps / Google Business);
• Our chauffeurs and transportation partners, to perform the booked trip.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. International data transfers

Some of our providers (notably Google LLC) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States or Canada. Where such transfers occur, we ensure they rely on a mechanism recognized by the GDPR (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision) — Canada also benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision for organizations subject to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above: booking and contact requests are kept for a reasonable period to allow follow-up on the business relationship, then archived or deleted. Data required for accounting purposes is retained in accordance with the legal retention periods applicable in Quebec and Canada.
