Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern any booking of chauffeur services made with Premiummtl Limousine ("we", "us"), whether through the https://premiummtl.kimarotec.net website, by phone or by email. Any booking constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

1. Services offered

We provide private chauffeur transportation services, including airport transfers, hourly hire, corporate transportation, weddings, events and long-distance travel, as described on the Site.

2. Bookings and quotes

Any booking request submitted through the Site, by phone or by email is subject to a written confirmation from us specifying the final price, assigned vehicle and pickup time. No booking is considered confirmed until that confirmation has been sent. Quotes shown prior to confirmation are provided for indicative purposes only.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and cover the trip, the chauffeur and the normal waiting time specified for the service booked. Additional fees may apply for excess waiting time, a change of destination, or extra stops not included in the original booking. Payment may be required at the time of booking or at the end of the service, as agreed.

4. Cancellation and modification policy

Cancellations made more than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge. Cancellations made within that window may incur a fee of up to the full booking amount, depending on the circumstances. Any request to change the time, address or vehicle must be communicated to us as soon as possible and remains subject to availability.

5. Client obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking;
• Be present at the agreed pickup location within the waiting time included in the booked service;
• Behave respectfully toward the chauffeur and avoid damaging the vehicle; any damage caused by negligence or misuse may be billed;
• Comply with applicable laws, including the prohibition on consuming open alcohol inside the vehicle under Quebec regulations.

6. Liability and insurance

Our vehicles and chauffeurs carry the insurance required by law for the paid transportation of persons. Our liability is limited to direct damages resulting from our proven fault and shall not exceed the amount paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, road closures, force majeure).

7. Force majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations resulting from a force majeure event, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions or major road network disruptions.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers under their law of residence.

9. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version applicable is the one in effect at the time of booking.
